Cannot use app at all

I dont like to write reviews but Im about to delete this app from my phone. Its been this was for like 2 months. It always tells me that Im not connected to the Internet so I cant get in the app at all. Im always either on wifi at work or home or on cellular service through Att. This was my favorite app but its just taking up space...
