I use my WFAA app all the time for weather. The radar map is wonderful! I love getting notifications for currant events daily. WFAA is my favorite channel on tv too.
What else can I say? The best of the best, feels like your sitting around the table with family!!!
The last app version was much better. I prefer the 7 day forecast to be shown horizontally like they used to. Much easier to read. I dont like much about this version.
Takes forever to load......almost 60 seconds
Dont call it hate I just dont support the homosexual agenda and dont believe a news app on my phone should be pushing their agenda. Its not news and not important. Tel me about bombing or how Trump is winning! Or about how Hillary lied again. Come on and stop wasting my time sorting thru all your silly articles!
News headlines help. Appreciate ease of weather choices.
If you live in Fort Worth , Dallas, Arlington, etc. You must get this App. Informative news and the weather portion is top notch.
Easy to use.
I absolutely love this app. These are the people I trust!
Not a fan of the new update. I enjoy having more short lines on one page and choosing which one I want to read. Seems like you have to go back and forth between pages to much and then my iPad freezes.
Great app. Easy to use.
Pretty good app, but it would be a great app if it loaded more quickly. When youre on the way from the garage and you want to know which route to take, its frustrating how long the app takes to load. Updated 4/3/2016: I think the app has become even slower. I think WFAA is trying to put so much information on its app that the result is that its functionality degrades. Position of functionality moves around; so, you never know where to click. This app could be great, but needs a fair amount of work. Until then, I continue to use other apps for traffic that load more quickly. Updated 10/8/16. App still moves like a snail. Clutter is becoming a problem -- you cant dependably go to where you last saw traffic and expect that its occupying the same real estate. Think WFAA is trying to do too much with its app. Its not the NY Times or the DMN. I also note that there are a lot of reviews that are one- or two-star. WFAA, are you paying attention?
Crashes on iOS 10 and both 6s & 7. Uninstalled.
Very user friendly. News anytime and anywhere.
Videos are usually a waste of time. My screen goes black or the video wont load. (Regardless of Wifi or LTE) Not sure if there is a setting or not, but Id like the local news to be the first seen stuff. Not world news.
Ive enjoyed this app for several years. I use the radars mostly, then the news stories next. Dont always agree with the conclusions in the articles, but it keeps me informed because I know what to expect from the bias and its not my only news source. Still, I like this app.
Its becoming more of a trend that some of your video content freezes or moreover, goes pitch black then freezes. We are unable to back out of, refresh, or have any choice but to close the app. I have discovered, as many others, the only viable option is to close your app -- then restart my phone. This problem occurs infrequently, but remains a nuisance. Otherwise, the WFAA content is good.
Want to play a video? Out of luck. App freezes a few seconds into 30-second ad.
The radars are awesome, the lightning warning system is invaluable and the storm warning alarm has saved my life twice now.
