My "go-to" app for local weather.

Pretty good app, but it would be a great app if it loaded more quickly. When youre on the way from the garage and you want to know which route to take, its frustrating how long the app takes to load. Updated 4/3/2016: I think the app has become even slower. I think WFAA is trying to put so much information on its app that the result is that its functionality degrades. Position of functionality moves around; so, you never know where to click. This app could be great, but needs a fair amount of work. Until then, I continue to use other apps for traffic that load more quickly.

This and the WFAA weather app are my go-to apps.

Slow and sluggish again after the latest iOS update. Very irritating.

I rely on this for updates regarding severe weather in my area where a lot of tornadoes are seen.

I love WFAA and I love this app. The live streaming is great and its so user friendly. This is my go to app for all things new related for North Texas.

Recently I added, back on, DFW channel 8 local app. Before I hardly ever used it, now I use a lot more. We had a severe storm, a few months ago. Our Direct tv went off. When our city tornado/emergency sirens went off, I clicked on channel 8 app. We watched the live stream of the radar and what to expect. Comforting to be able to see what was happening. App works good!

Works great, weather is awesome. I dont use any other news or weather app. I am WFAA lifer!!

I dont like to write reviews but Im about to delete this app from my phone. Its been this was for like 2 months. It always tells me that Im not connected to the Internet so I cant get in the app at all. Im always either on wifi at work or home or on cellular service through Att. This was my favorite app but its just taking up space...

Finally! Yes! WFAA has heard the need to update with a new format that actually makes sense! Thank you

Love this App!

I enjoy using this new version of the app. I really enjoy knowing what the weather is doing.

Pretty good app. But why in the world would the wide radar view be locked to where you cannot view it landscaped. Silly. So you have to look at it in portrait and pinch zoom where you cannot see the whole radar area. Just silly.

I love being able to read my local news from WFAA. What I hate is being able to read only a portion of a story, then being directed to "click here to read more" at Star Telegram. Every single time I click on a Star Telegram story through this app, Im shut down!! I dont understand why you cant just post the entire story right here on your WFAA app.
